This project is one of the national key projects of the Kazakhstan government's "2010-2014 Industrial Strategic Development Plan" and "Six Year Plan for Comprehensive Development of Petroleum Refineries". The project contract amount is 1.68 billion US dollars and the construction period is 41 months. As a long-term logistics partner in Central Asia of Sinopec Luoyang Institute, Wulian Eurasia has cooperated with Sinotrans to provide the project with a full range of "door-to-door" logistics services, and is responsible for the full range of overseas transportation from the port to the destination, as well as export customs declaration at Khorgos Port and agency customs clearance in Almaty.
